In my mind things seem to be returning to normal again and it feels great to be able to get
back into the swing of things. There are so many new places that have opened up and there
are so many new restaurants, safari lodges, and coffee shops that need to be visited and explored.
In this issue there are some wonderful articles for you to read that will hopefully inspire, educate and
inform. The Uganda Rugby 7’s team won the 2022 World Cup and made the country proud; UCF and
UWA are doing amazing work in the national parks protecting Uganda’s wildlife; There are some really
cool things one can make by upcycling our everyday products, and The Coffee Lodge @ Clarke Farm
is the latest addition to tourism. ISU is celebrating 55 years of international education in Uganda;
Dr Dick Stockley announces his retirement and Sher gives us the low down on relationships
and how couples can benefit from having therapy sessions together.
